All purchases are sent express courier with 7 day door to door tracked delivery dispatched from our warehouse located in Australia. Customs clearance and any associated costs that may arise will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Product returns will only be accepted for unopened products. Cost for returning products is at the expense of the purchaser. Original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund for returned products.
